How LMR applies to Drummoyne
The NSW State Government’s policy provides that
Within the inner ring of 400m of a Declared Town Centre up to 6 floors are allowed (potentially up to 7 or possibly 8 if the infill affordable building bonus is claimed and the requirements met)
Within the outer ring of 400m to 800m of a Declared Town Centre up to 4 floors are allowed (potentially up to 5 if the infill affordable building bonus is claimed and the requirements met)
