The applicant proposes to amend the development application (DA), which should occur in July 2026. You will be provided with the amended DA material and invited to make a further submission at that time. Once the time for making those submissions has elapsed, submitters will be invited to express an interest in giving evidence at the hearing and from that group a representative group of submitters will be selected to give evidence.
The solicitors will be in touch with all intersted parties again when the DA has been amended.
The solicitors have written to let us know….
…that the conciliation has been terminated. The proceedings will now be listed for hearing in the coming months. It is likely that the site inspection and objector evidence procedures will be repeated at the commencement of the hearing. We will let you know the hearing dates when they have been allocated by the Court.
In the meantime, could you please direct all enquiries in relation to these proceedings to us rather than the Council staff who are being overwhelmed by telephone calls and emails about a variety of developments in the local government area.
